    After seeing repeated warnings about proper inflation of firestone tires i checked mine and noticed that the tread was separating on the left front tire. I informed my dealer as i had it in for a oil change and was told that my tires which are 16 inch are not covered under any recall.     Pe00040, firestone, steeltex r4s, orignal equipment on 2000, ford, f350, tire size lt26575r16, dot vnw81xm409. Driver's rear tire tread come off entirely, and in between steel belts which caused major damage to vehicle. Sent tire to firestone for compensation. *ak *slc
