    At low speeds when applying brakes, steering wheel would lock up. Dealer has inspected vehicle and changed rack and pinion. However, problem was not corrected. Dealer put old parts back on vehicle. *ak *yd

    When vehicle is stopped and brakes are applied steering wheel does not move, cause unknown. *ak service manager stated that the hydraulic system for the brakes and steering are inter-related and the brake hydraulics apparenlty pre-empt the hydraulic pressure that would normally activate the brakes. *jb
