Vehicle randomly experiences "speed wobble". Happens at highway speeds if the vehicle hits even a small imperfection in the road. The front axle will start oscillating so vigorously that the front tires start to bounce up and down, side to side. This only stops bouncing if you you apply the brakes and slow down to about 20 mph.
